That seem the feelings

That felt the sounds

That were the words
Issued with care.

But from who
Knows where?

Was it really the sound
That brought the thoughts
To express the feelings
That spawned the words
That moved the air
To touch the flesh
And find me there?

Or was it simply
The thought
of you?
